When you have a controlling father like Tom Cruise and grow up in an organization like Scientology, your path is set before you know how to walk.

So we suppose that it was only a matter of time before his adult daughter, Isabella Cruise, used her voice to lure people to the Church.

In a promotional email, she’s raving about the thrill of an expensive training program and claiming that it changed her life.

Isabella Cruise Promotes Scientology

Isabella Cruise may have been fame-shy in the past, but that appears to have now changed.

She has surfaced in a promotional email for Scientologists in London, England.

Within the email, she describes an internship and “auditing adventure” that included rigorous training within the Church.

“WE ALL NEED TO DO THIS,” Isabella insists.

Just like her father, the 26-year-old is promoting Scientology with tremendous zeal.

“I became that annoying girl in the org who would just talk endlessly about how incredible training is and how phenomenal the internship is,” Isabella writes.

“I’m sure a few people couldn’t deal just like I couldn’t,” she admits.

Isabella continues: “But I won’t stop with that because now I KNOW. We all need to do this.”

“It’s hard work. It’s a lot of effort. It’s a few melt downs and running to the bathroom to have a mini episode,” she confesses.

That sounds downright brutal.

“But,” Isabella claims. “It is worth everything because you will get through.”

“This is a gift to yourself and so many others,” she expresses.

She then states: “It doesn’t matter if you aren’t going to be an auditor or aren’t going to join staff.”

It sounds like she think that every single Scientologist should go through this agonizing process.

We suppose that the equivalent would be for every, say, Catholic to undergo training to be a priest.

… If that involved paying upwards of $10,000 to the Catholic Church for the priviledge, that is.

Isabella writes more about the “internship” that she experienced.

“It turned out it was exactly what I needed,” she claims.

“This IS what I had been searching for. The missing piece,” she expresses.

“Suddenly,” she adds. “Everything began to make sense.”

That sounds an awful lot like the pitch that people give about joining the Church in the first place, right?

“The internship, for me, is what made me a Scientologist,” Isabella claims.

“I don’t just believe the tech works now,” she says. “I know without any doubt that it does.”

Isabella then thanks her dad “for everything.”

In addition to that shoutout to Scientology’s posterboy, she also thanks the Church’s founder, L. Ron Hubbard.

“It took a whole family and org to get me here,” Isabella expresses.

Speaking to The Daily Beast, Scientology whistleblower Tony Ortega translates some of her words of praise into language that the rest of us can understand.

“It doesn’t mean what we use the word internship for,” he says of her terminology. “It’s just a practical training to be an auditor.”

“So what she was doing was, she was being observed questioning somebody else,” Ortega explains.

“That’s why she’s talking about how hard it was to get through,” he says.

“Because if you do anything wrong, you’ve got to go back and do that whole exercise all over again,” he adds. “And it’s brutal.”

“It’s physically brutal, it’s mentally brutal,” he details. “They will spend hours and hours…”

“I remember I talked to one guy,” Ortega recalls. “He spent weeks on a process just learning to turn the e-meter on. This is how obsessive they are.”

“So that’s the kind of thing she’s been through,” he summarizes. “It’s really demanding, but she’s saying this has changed her life.”

“But then, she has to say that,” he notes grimly.

“She wants to convince you that this expensive internship she just went through was worth it,” he reasons.

Ortega adds: “Aand it would be something like 14 or 15,000 pounds just for that internship.”

That is nearly $20,000 in American money.

Nicole Kidman at 2017 Emmys

Isabella, like her brother Connor, was adopted by Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise during their ill-fated marriage.

Unlike Tom’s daughter, Suri, these two did not escape the grasp of the organization.

Nicole walks on eggshells when discussing her ex, her children, or Scientology in interviews, afraid of further estranging herself.

Last year, she stated rather bluntly: “They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions.”

She added: “They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them.”

You know that things are tense when a mom refers to loving her children as a job, not as a joy.
